(I finally, I think, figured out why Minecraft wouldn’t work on my old computer. After deleting the antivirus, and installing a new one, I seem to have gained the RAM I need to run the game. Which means my old saves are in play again. YAY.)
Dear Diary
I finally got back to my old house; the one where the Enderman teleported through when it was raining. As much as I loved that old house I decided to grab as much cobblestone and glass as I could and I headed out into the wilderness. I wanted to find a place that was close to the jungle, the desert and the woods. And I found a somewhat suitable place. On the way I found a dog and made him my pet. I’m so happy! The house turned out great, by the way. It has a row of windows giving me a panoramic view all around, also giving me good lookout for bad guys.
I’ve also done loads of mining, finding iron ore, gold and coal. I also found a desert temple thing. I’ve heard rumours that they are booby-trapped, so I mined in from the side and found four chests with gold, diamonds, string, bones and zombie flesh. I’m sure there was other things too, but they were of no interest to me. Of course I took the diamonds and gold. I made a golden armor and a diamond sword. I have enough to make a diamond pick axe.
I also made an anvil. I found out that you can actually name your sword or axe or whatever you’re trying to mend. It costs experience, of course, but it’s totally worth it having an axe called “Piddly Axe of Ouch” (made of stone, hence the piddly). You can’t use the anvil too many times, tho, before it starts to deteriorate. And it does take A LOT of iron to make. 31 pieces of iron. You have to make three iron blocks and so on. But it’s totally worth it. And iron is always something you come across. I also got lost, so I’ll need to make a map. I’ve got red stone, cause I’ve been mining, as I said. So I’ve got loads to do yet. I think I’ll make a garden later on. I have pumpkins near my house, so I got seeds from them. But yeah.. I got lost and I eventually, after two days of wandering, I found a cave I had been in before, and I knew somewhat where the house was. But I do need a map.
I’ll keep you updated as I go along.
